Our Ambassador Program aims to deliver the message around persistance, dedication and the value of setting goals and having something to work towards.....thats why we need education!

The plan is to have Max Bailey and Rick Ladson visit the Eastern Football League clubs involved in the Youth Development Program over the next three months. Through presentations/talks they are hoping to get the message across to the players, club officials and supporters of these clubs the importance of persistence and hard work. They will discuss the importance education has had in their life and what it may mean for the groups undertaking this program.

Rick and Max are very passionate about personal development and education. Both lads have made it into the AFL ranks through hard work and perseverance.
