• Cluster 3 - Human Resources Management
• Cluster 4 - Customer Focus
• Cluster 5 - Office Administration
• Cluster 6 - Future Orientation

For first time supervisors, it could be a focus on development from the Leading Teams and Human Resources Management Clusters or your team may need some advanced skills with Customer Care Principles in the Customer Services Cluster.  Alternatively, your team may be managing some change and may need some further development with an educational series from the Future Orientation Cluster.
